Call to CKI International Convention 2025
Hello NJ Circle K,
My name is Sanya Majmudar, and I am serving as the District Governor and On To International Convention Chair for the New Jersey District of Circle K International this year. I am excited to announce that the International Convention will be held from June 25-27th in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!
For those who have never attended ICON, it is a fantastic opportunity! You get to meet CKI members from across the world and participate in educational workshops, elect the 2025-2026 International Board of Trustees, and complete tons of service and fellowship throughout the convention.
Below, I am attaching more details and specific information about ICON 2025.

You can register TODAY using this link: https://schedule.kiwanisone.org/CKI25. Here is the price breakdown for ICON 2024 registration:
$275 through April 1, 2025.
$325 through May 23, 2025.

Price Breakdown:
- Registration: $275 (*submitted by April 1st)
- * An additional $75 late fee will be charged if you register after the May 23 deadline, making the total $400. All payments must be received by the Kiwanis office by the dates listed here in order to be eligible for these rates. There will be no exceptions!
- **Cancellations & Refund Policy – A $25 processing fee will be applied to cancellations after May 23, 2025. – No refunds will be issued for requests made after June 20, 2025.
- Registration cancellations must be emailed to convention@kiwanis.org and must be received no later than 3 p.m. ET on June 20, 2025.
- Includes a t-shirt!

- *This is the total for four people in the room, checking in on June 25th and checking out on June 27th; 3 nights. If you split the room and share it with four people, you would divide the total cost to $107.73 per person for the three nights.

- Registration includes lunch on June 26th and June 27th. Attendees are responsible for all other meals
